People go to the gym to improve their physical body but how do you cultivate the mind? Modern science indicates that contemplative practice is one core component of mental training. Contemplative practice allows you to understand your heart and mind intimately. With practice, you can learn how to relax. You can also transform old unhelpful patterns as you train your mind in the direction of mindfulness and compassion. I am currently aiming to record every Wednesday night guided meditation, and will upload it below. If you have a request for a theme for a guided meditation, don't hesitate to email me and I will try to include it in a future session.
